The calls will be made by millions of Biafrans in Diaspora who have already declared their disagreement with the disgraceful performance of Tsoho, and would want something to be done about him. Biafrans in Biafraland and Nigeria are advised hide their phone numbers before participate in this program, too avoid possible persecution from a section of the Nigerian Police and military, including other security agencies. They are aware that personnel from the following agencies get serious kicks from oppressing Biafrans.

Support the restoration and independence of Biafra. (Thank You)

Aware of the fact that Justice John Tsoho has brought the Nigerian Judiciary to disrepute and shame, Biafrans are to commence their millions protest-phone calls to important Nigerian Judicial officers and prominent judicial personalities in the country.
This decision was made known to The Biafra Telegraph by the leadership of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) through a press release it circulated to Biafra media yesterday. Part of what Biafrans would be protesting against while making the calls is Tsoho’s reversal of his earlier decision of February 19 on the case between the Federal Government of Nigeria and Nnamdi Kanu. In the case, being prosecuted at the Federal High Court, Abuja, the judge had ruled against an application by Directorate of State Security Service (DSSS) to producing hooded witnesses against Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu is the Leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and Director of Radio Biafra, and during the February decision, Tsoho had ruled that witnesses would not be allowed to wear masks in his court to witness against the Biafran activist and his colleagues. But on Thursday, March 17, he reversed the decision.
It was a decision that went contrary to the dictates of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999. It stipulates: “…36 (3) the proceedings of a court or the proceedings of any tribunal relating to the matters mentioned in subsection (1) of this section (including the announcement of the decisions of the court or tribunal shall be held in public.”
Apart from the fact that the decision was against the Constitution, Tsoho had also made the reversed decision following an oral application made by the prosecution. But the defense, finding the decision unconstitutional, appealed it at the Federal Appeal Court, also in Abuja. However, in spite of the appeal, Biafrans think they must register their disagreement with the decision by making millions of calls to important judicial officials in the country, as well as prominent judicial personalities, to have them put pressure on Tsoho and Nigerian government to do the right thing. They believe it would also help in convincing anyone in doubt, either in Nigeria or elsewhere in the world that they are solidly behind Kanu.
The program, which commences Saturday, March 15, will concentrate on officials and prominent personalities in Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); Attorney General of the Federation and Ministry of Justice. They believe if these officers and personalities would put pressure to defend the Nigerian Constitution, the situation would be brought under control.

Chocking!! I Wont Tolerate Biafra -- Buhari

Buhari-APC_3

President Buhari who has been nicknamed by some Nigerians as “The Travelling President gave an interview to Al Jazeera during his last visit to Qatar
Here are the Highlights of what he said:
  • On the economy he said, “We were unable to diversify our
economy, hence we are much more disadvantaged by the lower oil prices”.
  • On OPEC, he said, “Nigeria will make the necessary sacrifice to remain in OPEC.”
  • On devaluation of the naira he said, Nigeria imports everything including rice and tooth picks, “it cannot afford to devalue its currency. Buhari said further, “If it is against our national interest, why can’t we go against the IMF advice?”
  • On Boko Haram the president accepted that Boko Haram remain active and can strike at will but he said he has not failed in his bid to defeat Boko Haram
  • Responding to question about how he plans to deal with the issue of Biafra, Buhari said, Biafra quest is a joke he added “At least two millions Nigerians were killed in the Biafra war. And for somebody to wake up, may be they weren’t born. Looking for Biafra after two millions people were killed, they are joking with the security and Nigeria won’t tolerate Biafra.”
  • But pledge support for Palestinian State , now who do you think 'President Buhari'  is???

BIAFRA: BUHARI PANICs, SEEKS TO BLOCK NNAMDI KANU'S RELEASE AT ECOWAS COURT.

. The Nigerian government plans have been thrown into a complete disarray as the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, (IPOB) drags it to sub-regional court to press for his release from detention.
irked by such move by Kanu, sources in the Nigerian seat of power revealed to DailyGlobeWatch on the condition of anonymity that Buhari backed by his advisers have urged the Nigeria's strongman to remain firm and unbowed saying they stand behind him to have the detained leader confined in prison.
In a related development, our source apparently sympathetic with Nnamdi Kanu says there are ill-conceived plans by some members of OHANEZE NDIGBO to frustrate Kanu's bid to secure freedom at the regional court having being financially induced by the Nigerian government.
Said our source, ''Kanu's enemies are from his own people, some shameless members of the OHANEZE NDIGBO who have been coming here to fraternize with 'oga' to detain and slam him a life sentence''.
''I have never seen this huge act of betrayal by a particular tribe. If I may ask, why are his people like that? Some members of the OHANEZE have been financially induced to testify falsely against Kanu at the ECOWAS court'', our source added.
In a frantic move to have Kanu nailed, the Nigerian authorities, our source revealed have had the witnesses financially induced to testify against Kanu.''
His words, ''They would have no option this time but to appear before the ECOWAS court as all plans have been concluded to have them under subpoena to appear, Kanu's enemies are from among his own people''
It would be recalled, however, that Nnamdi Kanu had before now been granted bail by Nigerians courts sitting in Abuja, a move which was blocked by the Nigerian government all in a resolute bid to have the Biafran activist remain in jail. Source: http://dailyglobewatch.

WARNING TO THE THE FAKE, CORRUPT AND SELF IMPOSED REPRESENTATIVE CALLED OHA NA EZE

The word OHA NA EZE as an Igbo sentence simply means "OHA" means the people, while "NA" means and, while the "EZE" means the king. These three phrases has been popular in the Igbo tradition to lay emphasis on the mutual relationship between the Igbo people and their leaders "EZE". Before the advent of the British colonial dictators, Eze has been the source of governance that the Igbo people rely on in making decision, in settling disputes, in trade decision, conflict resolutions and in consulting of Chukwu "God" not like the other cultures, the Igbos believe in Chiukwu Ahbiama that is why they are always prosperous But the word OHA NA EZE has been selfishly harnessed for enrichment of some particular group, misguided miscreants, we want to tell you people that are destroying the name OHA NA EZE that for selfish interest and enslavement we are tired of your leaderships and representations, of your advices and corruption, of your killings and false testification, i call you people OHA NA EZE NDI OSHI as our able director Nnamdi Kanu use to say.
You people has been a shame to us, to our children, we don't have pride anymore because of your carlous behavior, after the killing in Onitsha and Aba you people went in the name of Ndigbo and Oha na eze to congratulate the president of the zoo for killing of his (innocent Biafrans) enemies, we know everything that happened in Abuja, we heard every bit of the conversation. I prefer to die than to live like a slave in my father land. Biafra is our birthright and nobody will take that away from us. Ohaneze ndi igbo are bunch of frustrated he-goats trying to do everything necessary to eat yam from the masters barn. The OHA NA EZE are the ifeajuna of our time, They should be prepared to go on exile or risk extermination, the wage of betrayal is eternal condemnation.

BUHARI CAMPAIGNS AGAINST BIAFRA AS NNAMDI KANU ARGUES FOR BIAFRA SEPARATION FROM NIGERIA

Boris Johnson, the mayor of London will campaign for Britain to leave the EU, David Cameron, the prime minister of Britain will campaign for Britain to remain in the EU. Both men are English from the United Kingdom. The United Kingdom has four ethnic nations, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
According to Nicola Sturgeon, a second independence referendum will be "almost certainly" demanded by Scotts if the UK votes to leave EU but Scotland does not, the first minister has said.
Peaceful coexistence is always and important way to go for any multi ethnic country, and that brings me to Nigeria. It is paramount to say that in a multi ethnic society, referendum is an agreed and consented process, but because Nigeria and Nigerians are gullible as well as their president, they see the refusal of Buhari to allow the bail granted by court to the Leader of Indigenous people of Biafra Nnamdi Kanu to stand as the right way to go about things. It will be interesting to see Buhari campaign against Biafra independence while Nnamdi Kanu argues for separation of Biafra from Nigeria through a referendum just like civilized counties mentioned above does.
Muhammadu Buhari declares total support for a Palestinian state, says "I want to assure you that we will stand side in side with you until our brothers and sisters in Palestine achieve their desired objectives. Our support for various security Council resolution restoring and respecting 1967 boundaries with Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine is firm and unshaken ". But why is he killing Biafrans for asking for self determination, why did he arrest Nnamdi Kanu for his ideology, why did he order the recent massacre of Biafra agitators demanding for self determination which is there right? Buhari is just a hypocrite.
Buhari contends that he supports the UN resolution restoring and respecting the 1967 boundaries with Jerusalem as a capital of Palestine, but he continues to feigned ignorance of the fact that Nigeria is a nation of nationality, some for unbroken centuries, having their own internal sovereignty, their own countries with distinct boundaries, their own cultural values, their own political systems, and even their own gods which secured in 1959, a constitution which provided for each nationality to protect that which was most precious to it and for each nationality to obtain it's own statehood within Nigeria by popular referendum which Biafra nation is among.
Nigeria is a strange country where evil is swept under the carpet and often justified, where those that exposes it and speak the truth are demolished, hated , despised and more often than not, threatened with violence, persecution, litigation, intimidation, arrest and court action, example is Nnamdi Kanu and Biafrans.
Buhari must therefore respect the rule of law by releasing Nnamdi Kanu, he must also respect the UN charter on the right of self determination enshrined in the UN constitution and let go of Biafra hence Nigeria has expired, Biafra independence is all we seek. Give us swift Referendum now.

Biafra Breaking! Anambra EXPLODES as Buhari's DSS kidnaps Victor Umeh to clear the coast for APC senatorial candidate

Anambra EXPLODES as Buhari's DSS kidnaps Victor Umeh to clear the coast for APC senatorial candidate
There is palpable tension in Anambra State following the kidnap of Victor Umeh, the APGA Senatorial Candidate in the rescheduled Anambra Central Senatorial Elections, by men of the Nigerian Department of State Security (DSS). Umeh  was whisked away to Abuja earlier today by the Muhammadu Buhari's DSS.

Breaking news:BIAFRA: Amnesty International releases damning report

Amnesty International an NGO concerned with human rights violations today released a damning report about the violations carried out against pro-Biafrans.
It would be recalled that yesterday, TMnews published that the NGO’s report would be published today.
According to information gathered from International Business Times (IBT) UK, it accuses the military of rough handling and killing protesters as the marched in support of the release of Nnamdi Kanu.
A team of officials from the NGO are currently on the ground to gather more information and has accused the military of heavy cover-ups.
The military currently denies the killings that occurred in the south eastern Nigeria and explained that they were intervening in what would have become a deadly event as some protesters were seen with arms.
Amnesty International also went on to condemn the jailing of the Biafra leader without bail and for such a long time. Emphasis was made to the series of unlawful detentions or prolonged detentions made by the DSS.

Biafra: Breaking!!! Pope Francis Pronounced Biafra and Addressed Protesters

This is a major breakthrough for Biafrans all over the world and many are happy with this since it is a very peaceful and wise way of demanding for freedom. the IPOB Italy zone has gathered in mass  for a peaceful protest in St Peters square in front of Pope Frances.
This is happening even as Biafrans all over the world where given direct phone number of Pope Frances’ Secretary and all those around Vatican City who work with the pope. after thousands of calls their voice where heard and for the first time in history a major world leader Pope Frances Pronounced BIAFRA and addressed the Protesters. and guess what? he didnt ask them to stop agitating but rather promised to do what he can. he also asked Biafrans to be prayerful about it.
Biafrans have protested in front of most Countries of the world but we have not reported a president addressing them and promising to help. other world leaders has supported Biafra one way or the other but have not come out to completely express support or address the protesters.
The Catholic Church being the mother church and the Pope being the head of the church here on earth in his wisdom gave the Biafran agitation a boost. this is to be recorded as one of their biggest breakthroughs for IPOB

Biafra: Detaining Kanu is not in Best Interest of Nigeria, Balarabe Musa tells Buhari

Buhari-Nnamdi-Kanu
Second Republic governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Balarabe Musa, says the economy has been going from bad to worse since President Muhammadu Buhari assumed office almost nine months ago. “You must have the political will and sincerity to do justice to everybody”, the veteran politician tells the President in this interview, saying he (Buhari) requires more than integrity or credibility to administer Nigeria.
You are aware that some Igbo are agitating for Biafra?
Well, the government provoked them! When this government appointed its kitchen cabinet, was there anyone to represent the interest of the South-East there? Detaining Nnamdi Kanu, the arrow head of the agitation, is not in the best interest of our dear country. President Buhari, being the father of the country, should try to reconcile with the South-East, the same way the late President Umaru Yar‘Adua reconciled with the Niger-Delta militants.
But prominent Igbo leaders have disowned the agitating youths.

That is the major reason he should reconcile with them because there is a disconnect between these agitating youths and their leaders. They have been provoked with the exemption of  the region from his kitchen cabinet! He is the leader of the country. They are not like Boko Haram that you can’t  identify. You simply work with them. He should call them for peace talks and they will respond. Out of the 20 million registered voters, only 15 million voted for him. Should he then ignore the five million that didn’t vote for him?  There should be a culture of fairness in governance.
What is your message for the President?
He has the people’s mandate to rule this country, he should make use of that mandate fairly and with justice. Secondly, he is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces and, therefore, the chief security officer of Nigeria. He is the financial controller of the country, so he can do a lot. The President of Nigeria is what the Yoruba in the South-West refer to as Oga patapata! And in Hausa, they say Sariki yanka  (highest king in the land). He should be able to compel everybody to march along. With this, the marginalisation mentality of the Igbo will be corrected and  result in peaceful Nigeria. Buhari should run a government of national unity in which  other political parties will be involved according to their   relevance. The Igbo should be given all their entitlements in representation, according to federal character and as enshrined in the Constitution. If the marginalisation of the Igbo in the kitchen cabinet of the President had happened to the North in the event that a southerner is the head of government, where would Nigeria be?
So why is it happening to Ndigbo that are part and parcel of Nigeria?
That is why I feel it is a mistake that should be corrected immediately, and things will be favourable  to Nigeria and the President. The fact that a great number of Igbo had abandoned Biafra and called for one Nigeria, is a call for peace. I think Buhari should embrace it and make amends

Nnamdi Kanu is being starved, harassed and intimidated by prison officials - IPOB

Nnamdi Kanu is being starved, harassed and intimidated by prison officials - IPOB
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has condemned in strong terms the inhuman treatment being meted to Nnamdi Kanu a leading Biafran Nationalist and leader of the IPOB. IPOB stated that Kanu is being denied access to food and toiletries and has been subjected to serious intimidation and harassment by some prison officials in Kuje prison.

According to the IPOB the attitude was meant to psychologically dampen his spirit and make him renounce Biafra. But they are confident the Kanu they know will never shift grounds on his total commitment to the actualization of sovereign state of Biafra.

IPOB however, warned that it will make Nigeria ungovernable if anything happens to him.  In a statement issued in Nnewi by the IPOB Media and Publicity officer, Mr Emma Powerful, IPOB said that the inhuman treatment being meted to Kanu was meant to weaken his resolve as directed by the Federal Government agents who are now convinced that he will be set free by the court at the end of the day.

Powerful also berated those who are claiming that the Ijaw people are not part of Biafra, adding that the Ijaws are part of the Eastern region, “and nobody will ever change a people from what they are. The Ijaws are one people with one destiny with the Biafran people of the South East.We are one family. The Igbo, Ijaw, Igala, Igbanke, Igede and others have one value system and nobody can change it.”

Somnolent Nigerian Military confirms detention of ship and crew members by Niger Delta militants

Somnolent Nigerian Army confirms detention of ship and crew members by Niger Delta militants
Somnolent and war-weary Nigerian Army has reluctantly confirmed the detention of a ship off the coast of Bakassi by Niger Delta militants. The militants detained the merchant ship on Friday and threatened to blow it up with its foreign crew if the Nigerian Government does not release, Nnamdi Kanu, the illegally detained detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

The New York Times reports that Maj. Gen. Rabe Abubakar, the Defense Ministry spokesman, confirmed the hijacking occurred on Friday and called it "an act of sabotage." He did not tell reporters the name of the ship.
Abubakar spoke on Monday. Other officers on Tuesday told The Associated Press that the navy is in pursuit of the captured vessel. The officers, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak to the press, said the hijackers have given the government 31 days to free Kanu or say they will blow up the ship along with its crew.
Maritime industry reports indicated the vessel was an oil tanker seized about 100 miles (160 kilometers) off Nigeria's Bakassi Peninsula, along Nigeria's southeastern Atlantic Ocean coastline, near the border with Cameroon.
"The group boarded the tanker from two fast boats and took control over the vessel and locked the crew in the mess room" before heading for the Niger Delta, the Bulgarian-based Maritime News reported.
The ultimatum from the separatists was given at the weekend by "General Ben." Ben is not a separatist but "some Niger Delta militants have shown interest in working with us," said Uchena Madu, a leader of the Movement for the Actualization of a Sovereign State of Biafra.
The hijacking — the first such act claimed by the separatists — indicates they could be working with some Niger Delta oil militants blamed for recent bombings of pipelines in the oil-rich south, escalating conflict in a country already burdened by Boko Haram's deadly Islamic uprising in the northeast and violent ethno-religious confrontations between farmers and herders in central Nigeria. Africa's biggest economy and oil producer also is battered by slashed petroleum prices.
Secret police on Oct. 17 detained Nnamdi Kanu, director of banned Radio Biafra, and since have accused him of terrorism, sparking protests in which police are accused of killing several demonstrators.

Nigerian Government panics as Biafran Dutch lawyers finally drag Buhari and other to the ICC

Nigerian Government panics as Biafran Dutch lawyers finally drag Buhari and other to the ICC
The Biafran has gathered that there is apprehension among the top echelon of the Nigerian government following the successful lodging of crimes against humanity complaint against General Muhammadu Buhari by lawyers representing the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) at the International Criminal Court(ICC)  in The Hague.

The move clearly surprised Buhari and his minders who never believed Biafrans could have pulled through such a feat. Buhari is expected to address the European Parliament next month and this development is causing panic among the presidential circles.
The complaint was lodged on the basis of  the heinous massacre of Biafra protesters across the Eastern part of Nigeria (South-East and South-South) in the wake of the arrest of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB] leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
Goran Sluiter, a lawyer at Dutch human rights legal firm Prakken d’Oliveira, filed the complaint with the International Criminal Court in The Hague on Friday.
According to Sluiter, there has been “an intensification of violence and crimes committed against Biafrans since Mr Buhari became the Nigerian president.”
“Nigeria is already a long time on the agenda of the [ICC] prosecutor and Nigerian courts are not dealing at all with these crimes. The time really has come for the ICC to act,” says Sluiter.
The complaint was filed on behalf of 17 unnamed victims and alleges to set out evidence of crimes against humanity – including torture and murder – committed by Nigerian security forces against pro-Biafran protesters.
More than 50 unarmed, non-violent protesters were gruesomely massacred across the region by security operatives including both army and police with about 200 people detained across the country.

Biafran protesters massacred by the Nigerian Government
Hundreds of thousands of people in southeast Nigeria participated in massive protests in recent months, demanding independence for Biafra. Kanu, the leader of one of the most prominent activist groups—the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)—was arrested by Nigerian security forces in October 2015 on charges of ethnic incitement and sedition. He remains in detention and was refused bail by a federal high court in the capital Abuja on Friday.
Related Stories:
During the demonstrations, the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase had threatened protesters in December to stop their activities or face “the full weight of the law.”
Ndubuisi Osuala, the coordinator of IPOB’s branch in the Netherlands – which he says numbers around 200 official members – says the group wishes to see Kanu released and Buhari prosecuted for overseeing crimes against Biafrans.
“What every IPOB member, every Biafran citizen wants is the release of our great leader, Nnamdi Kanu, who is a freedom fighter,” says Osuala.
“Secondly, we need the International Criminal Court to bring justice and equity to our case…[President Buhari] has to be prosecuted and face the justice for what he did.”
Osuala also says that his group wants independence for Biafra but is seeking it by peaceful means. “We need to get freedom by peace and that is why we are protesting,” he says. “We are not terrorists, we are not killing people.”
Buhari and co on the road to ICC prison
Kanu, who also runs the Radio Biafra was arrested by Nigerian security forces in October, 2015, on charges of ethnic incitement and sedition.
He remains in illegal detention and was refused bail by a federal high court in the capital Abuja as at 29th January when Justice John Tsoho declined his bail application.
Buhari has previously refused calls for Kanu to be released, describing the activist – who is based in the U.K. and runs the underground media outlet Radio Biafra – as a flight risk.
The ICC was not immediately available to confirm that the complaint had been filed. Once a complaint is filed at the ICC, the prosecutor can decide to open an investigation if there is a reasonable basis for believing that crimes against humanity have been committed.
Femi Adesina, a media advisor to Buhari, declined to comment on the ICC case and told Newsweek that while Kanu’s case was ongoing, the Nigerian presidency would rather not comment on the matter.
“Nigeria is already a long time on the agenda of the [ICC] prosecutor and Nigerian courts are not dealing at all with these crimes. The time really has come for the ICC to act,” says Sluiter.
