The
leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and the director of
Radio Biafra/Biafra Television will be appearing in court on the 19th of
February after his trial was cancelled by Justice John Tosho on 9th of
February. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu trial was suppose to take place on the 9th,
10th, 11th and 12th of February but his trial was suspended indefinitely
by judge Tosho. This not the first time the Nigeria Judiciary is making
a mockery of the rule of law and justice that they ought to uphold,
judge Tosho seems to be dancing to the tune of Mohammdu Buhari,
forgetting that he swore an oath to do right to all manner of people
before the law without fear or favour, affection or ill will.
Justice
Tosho actions in Nnamdi Kanu case and court proceedings does not
portray that of a Judge who is without fear or favour, affections or ill
will. Also president Buhari actions towards the Nigeria judiciary shows
that he doesn't care if he's in a democratic rule, dictatorship is what
he's used too. Buhari also believes that force, dictatorship and
intimidation is the key to suppressing people and creating fear amongst
them to do his bidding. He made a statement during his first media chat,
stating that Nnamdi Kanu dual passport is a crime and criminal offence,
therefore making his bail application void, if that is the case, what
about Zarah? Buhari’s daughter who also happens to have a British and
Nigerian passport, who will arrest Zarah Buhari for having a dual
passport? This just shows how evil, deceitful and deadly Mohammdu Buhari
is.
Buhari
hates Igbo-Biafrans with passion and won't stop at nothing to make sure
Nnamdi Kanu is sentence to life imprisonment, that's why judge Tosho
keeps adjourning the case. All this hatred for Igbo-Biafrans, all this
killing against them, all this injustice and cruelty directed to them,
yet the United Nations is aware, EUROPEAN UNION is aware, AMERICA is
aware, BRITAIN is aware, INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHT LAW is aware, The
WORLD is aware, so why is no one saying anything to defend the
Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) against such barbaric acts? Why are
they cold-silent? Why the harsh treatment? Why the discrimination? Why?
Why? Why? These questions will keep coming up, until something is done.
Nnamdi Kanu court trial will kick off on the 19th of February, so what's
next? Will judge Tosho continue adjourning the case to please Buhari or
will he stand for what's right and lawful? Please let's stay tuned and
watch as events unfold. God bless IPOB and God bless THE FEDERAL
REPUBLIC OF BIAFRA.
